We are again on the threshold of a new season of meetings and it gives me great pleasure, on behalf of your Committee, to invite you and your guests to our first event, details of which are
as follows:

The subject of this evening's presentation will no doubt bring back memories of our first meeting last season when Chris Maile entertained those present with an interesting and interactive introduction to Bells whisky and the whiskies and processes which go to create that famous blend.

Chris Maile is a man of many parts, amongst other things Piper in the Oslo Pipe Band, British trampoline Champion, National Coach for the Norwegian National Freestyle Ski Team and your new Chairman of the House Committee. On this occasion we are to be treated to his knowledge as a Whisky Ambassador for Johnnie Walker and, judging from the enthusiastic description Chris has given after having been in Scotland preparing for this presentation, members and guests can look forward to another most interesting and tasty evening!

As usual, members will be able to enjoy our offer of a good supper, wines and coffee at the subsidised price of Kr. 200,- per head, and of course guests will be most welcome at the full price of Kr. 270,-. Additionally, we shall be serving our own selection of whiskies and Drambuie at club prices, and all other drinks will be available from the caterer's bar.
