We will be served with Christmas fare consisting of -

Starter - Sjøtunge with a shellfish sauce
Main course - Turkey with canterelle and cantrelle sauce and Veg
Desert - Chocolate mousse cake.

Hugo Broen has given us some tips on wines and spirits for the festive season in the past but cannot attend this year but he has however provided us with some great wine. The food and wine combination will be described by our own Espen Welin-Larsen?. We hope to round off this calendar year with a full turn-out and encourage you to invite your guests for a break in the rush and let them enjoy a splendid pre-Xmas evening.

The price for the evening will be NOK 400 and NOK 450 for guests which will include the great dinner and the good company of your fellow members, partners and their guests.
