Heraldic Migration from Scotland to Norway and visa versa - facts and fiction.

Our speaker this evening is Kaare Seeberg Sidselrud who is an accomplished heraldry expert and secretary of the Norwegian Heraldry Society. Heraldry is the science of coats of arms. The Norwegian Heraldry Society is the Norwegian institution for everybody who takes an interest in heraldry, seals, merchants’ marks, flags, badges etc.

The meeting will be held at the Oslo Sjømannsforeningen and will start at 7pm. The doors open at 6.30.

The price for the evening will be NOK 400 and NOK 450 for guests which will include the a talk about the heraldic links between Norway and Scotland, a great dinner and the good company of your fellow members and their guests.
